These guys are great! We get delivery almost every Friday and the delivery guys are always smiling and friendly---and food is so fresh and tasty. And when mistakes happen, which is inevitable occasionally in this fast passed business, they always make it right! Thanks DeKalb Jimmy John's!
I always get a toasted Blt and They didn’t hear me say toasted so when they were at the end they had to toast it, but they acted like it was such a hassle and I was intruding their time, then I opened it and it was burnt which my mom can’t eat because of her teeth so I went back and they told me they can’t do anything about it and they weren’t gonna remake it.
