“We love going to eat @ That Burger Joint in Downers Grove! We go mostly for the Fries & Burgers. We also Love going for the Great Crew and the Great Service they give us every time we are there. Especially 1 of the Mangers who works there. Taylor has always been great & extra courteous to us!Thanks to All and we look forward to our next visit!“

“My burger was done incorrectly when I went through the drive thru but didn’t realize it till I went home. When I returned the manager gave me a free pint of custard for the mistake. Amazing customer service! Keep up the great work!“

“Food and service are both excellent. Greeted with a smile, food is made to order, so no microwaved dish......I had chicken/shrimp fajitas the first visit and they were DELICIOUS!! Went back second time with a relative, got the shrimp diablo......should have taken the server's advice about the heat, but I didn't, therefore I suffered 🥲 the consequence......she was awesome though and had the heat taken down for me. Owner came out to greet guests and was super sweet. This place is a hidden jewel that has some of the best Mexican food in the area. I would say take my word for it, but being that you probably don't know me, don't take my word for it, go try it for yourself!!“

“Five Guys lived up to their reputation. Tuesday, 5/15/18, was my first time at the Downers Grove location. That Bacon Cheese Burger was great. Just as expected from the many Chicago locations in the past. The two young men on duty offered service with smiles.“

“This has always been my favorite White Castle.
On 7/19 at 139pm I ordered food from the drive thru, register 2 and the young man at the window was so nice and helpful,when I was leaving he even told me drive safely.
I wish I got his name.
The food at this location is always good and hot,plus orders are accurate.“
