“You can not beat the weekly specials. Always made while you wait, and Manager Dave is thee best cook in town, and goes out of his way to do all those things you love about chicken. 5+ stars thank you Dave for FIRE FRIED CHICKEN ONLY CHICKEN FRANCHISE LEFT THAT IS ? TRUE ?AND DONT MISS THE MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY ITS TO KILL FOR ALONG WITH THAT CHICKEN. ITS THE SAME AS 30 YRS AGO. ONLY CHICKEN I WILL EAT OTHERS DO NOT COMPARE. “Really good chicken tonight, everyone is always friendly there.just wish I would have gotten my biscuits. Tried calling (several times) but no one answered. Mac and cheese was too soupy. Edit****manager called to let me know that they are going to make sure I get my biscuits and they have also noticed the Mac and cheese issue. Very happy with her timely response �“

“Was on my way home from the airport and had to get a quick bite to eat. So glad I stopped here! David assisted us through the drive through and man does he go above and beyond for the establishment!! Best customer service!! David educated us on the choices and was patient with our big order. David is awesome and I hope he knows how well he does his job. Along with David being awesome the food was AMAZING.“

“Went there, they served our food accidentally to the wrong customer, they made us new meals and were very apologetic. Also, they gave us complimentary card for free entry each for the next visit. That was thoughtful of them, specially we waited longer than we had to given the mistake occurred.

“We enjoyed a brief meal. At the register, Ms. Carol warmly took our order. Her friendliness and enthusiasm were truly inspiring! I complimented the manager on duty about her exceptional work. Ms. Carol is incredibly kind, and any employer would be fortunate to have her. Her people skills are outstanding, as she greeted us with a genuine smile. She truly seems like a wonderful person! “Their grilled chicken tenders are the best! Be patient - they take a while if you go through the drive-thru! But it is well worth the wait! They are always fresh and seasoned perfectly. The young men who work in the drive-thru are always so kind and polite.
I have never dined in, so I can't comment on that. And I always just get the tenders so I can't comment on any other food items.“

“Extremely happy with the service provided at this location! The lady working the front Ella was amazing at her job!! She helped me pick out the best option (it was delicious btw) and was extremely kind!
The food was great as well, we got it to go and it was still hot and delicious by the time I got it home (even the fries). This was by far the cleanest browns chicken I’ve ever stepped into and there was even a sit-down area that looked adorable!!

“Tried wick’s chicken for first time today. The chicken is fried to perfection with a light breading that stayed crispy even with the commute back to work. The wick’s ghost sauce has a good heat and flavor. Will be back.“

“BB.Q has some of the crispiest, crunchiest, juiciest chicken I've had. Top notch. Dine in when you can for a fresher experience, but carry out isn't a bad option either. Incredible that they can slather these things in sauce and they are still crispy and delicious.“

“This location is the very best for the food and the service in all the whole Chicago area. Every time we come here the food is hot and fresh!!! Somebody needs to recognize these people who cook the food and the young man who works the drive thru window. Out of hundreds of visits to this and other locations not one other location can even come close to the Lombard location. They can teach the others things are 2.

“The staff here is amazing! I came here for my lunch break and accidently ordered the wrong meal. I was looking at the price and said #8 please, all I waned was that picture of the chicken sandwich in my mouth. I was confused why they asked me for white or dark meat on my sandwich but still went with it lol. Its just been a long week and I forgot my head. When I pulled away and saw what I actually ordered, I was horrified because its something id never eat. I have a bad experience eating chicken with bones in. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the kind gentleman at the window with glasses and a hat. I explained that I totally messed up when ordering. He was so sweet, understanding and said some very kinds words. He made me the correct sandwich and oh boy, was it the best chicken sandwich ever!!! They couldn't take the other chicken back so I donated it to someone else who was hungry. Thank you Carol Stream KFC team!“

“We only went for the corn fritters, but they were as good as we remembered. We ate quite a few right in the waiting area (the restaurant is take-out only) while they were freshly made. So delicious!
Vegetarian options: Other than the corn fritters, bean salad, cole slaw and fries, there really are no vegetarian options. This is not a restaurant for vegetarians.“
