“I like crumbl. However, as someone who competed in the Scripps national spelling bee, I just can't ignore the fact that crumble is spelled wrong. I mean, who really knows why they just left of the E. Like is it supposed to be CRUMB L like do I want my cookies to be in Crumbs and then take the L. Im just confused. I would really appreciate some feedback.“

“The cookies are amazing as always! Staff can try to be a little more friendlier they give the factory worker feel (hot miserable & not trying to be there). Doesn’t feel welcoming but thankfully I’m not there for them 🤪 there for the cookiesss but a lil customer service goes a long way & if that’s too much try smiling it’s contagious! 😊“

“For the most part this location is good about getting you fresh cookies, but sometimes it’s a hit or miss. But TODAY! These cookies are delicious! The cookies and cream cheesecake, the brownie batter cookie, and the pink velvet cake! 😋“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“I've been coming here for 2 years and this place is absolutely amazing❤️ the cookies are amazing and the staff is always super friendly and professional. There hasn't been a time that, I've been in here, where they haven't been putting out fresh stuff, which is wonderful. This place is always super clean and you can get your order pretty fast. You can order through the kiosk or you can ask someone to help you. The only downside to this place is, it's a bit expensive💰 but I've never been disappointed with the products, so it's definitely worth it❤🕺 P.S. sorry, it took me two years to put up a review, it's just because, I haven't been putting up much reviews, but I'm catching up🤷♂️👍“
“The moment I walked in I felt so safe and loved by the staff. They were extremely friendly, and when Andrea greeted me I genuinely almost fainted. When she served me my box of Crave cookies and I got a whiff of them, I could immediately smell the scent of delicious cinnamon and Nutella, and it was mouth watering. Somehow, I also smelled the scent of love, warmth, and affection that Andrea poured into the cookies, and that’s what I think made my experience so amazing. On the way out, I tripped (I’m very clumsy) and I fell down crashing to the ground. The moment I opened my eyes, Andrea was by my side and helped me get up and carried me out the door to my car. Then she gave me a kiss on the forehead and recited a lengthy love poem, which unfortunately I cannot remember because I got a concussion from my fall. Please do not hesitate from visiting Crave Cookies on North Ave in Northlake. I will be coming every single day they from open to close just so I can get a view of Andrea.“

“My wife and I love coming here! But, you really need to have the cashiers start taking names for the orders at the walk-up. When there’s a crowd and the workers are yelling the order, especially when it doesn’t come out at once, causes a lot of confusion. If they yell out a name, someone will answer immediately.“

“My kiddo was driving me crazy to try this place out. We were pleasantly surprised. I loved the chocolate mint and my military discount chocolate chip. 😀 The kids liked their confetti cookies. I loved how they had milk for sale. Nice touch!“

“Visited Fishers location - so glad I did! Non-dairy lemon chill was pleasantly creamy (expected it to be tart like sorbet, but it was mild and delicious!) - and non-dairy caramel was amazing! So nice to have non-dairy flavors with flare! My son had cake batter and crazy cookie - loved them both! Our new go-to for ice cream - thanks, Eiffel Waffle!😎“
