“Went today only to have my order wrong again. My last 3 visits the order has been wrong when I got home. The staff is rude most of the time. This place is ridiculous. If you go back because of a wrong order they treat you poorly and argue with you.“

“The food was as normal as a regular subway, actually a bit worse, because when I walked in with my dad, they didn’t have any meatballs, and that was what I had wanted. However, the two people there were just so sweet and patient; I’d been having a really really tired day up until that point, and that interaction made my night. If either of the two people who were there ever see this, I just want you to know that it’s people like you who make lives better“

“I’m impressed! I’ve rarely left reviews for McDonald’s and other fast food restaurant like it, but today I’d like to write about a service quality that was above and beyond expectation. Normally at McDonald’s you get the typical “I’m just here for a check” employees and that’s what you usually expect from McDonald’s. This means as customers, we’re used to seeing low enthusiasm and low drive. This was not the case today at this location. The young lady today 4/29/24 2:50 pm blue sweatshirt that took my order was as sweet as can be, and as enthusiastic as can be. Extremely articulate and professional, so much so that it caught me off guard and I had to double check to make sure I was actually at a McDonald’s. Way to be above and beyond!I’d normally write about the food too but let’s be honest, we all know what McDonald’s tastes like.From a business/upper mgt/HQ perspective, if you guys put that young lady in a position where she could train and quality control other staff at other/all locations, you’d completely change the brand image of McDonald’s for the better. And no, I did not know that young lady before our 1 time professional interaction nor did she tell me to write this review or say that, just putting it out there haha. Keep up the greatness“

“I put in an online order and had an excellent and easy time using app. When I showed up I had the best experience all the employees are amazing. Very impressed loved every second I spent there. Food tasted very good and most definitely will be going back. Love it keep up all the hard work!“
