“These cookies are always good. Some flavors are overly sweet though. I suggest buying the cookie cutter they sell, see as 1/4 of a cookie is the recommended serving size. It is that way for good reason. More than that can be sweet overkill. My spouse and I usually go every couple weeks and share a new cookie flavor together. It is very fun to try all the new flavors that they switch out weekly.
This location has workers that are a little less friendly than the East Peoria location. But it's not too bad.“

I know the difference between frozen and dry. The cake had several hours to thaw before the time it was cut and presented after dinner. We were finally offered a gift certificate upon returning the remaining cake, but the person who bought it wasn't thrilled with the idea of getting more disappointing items, so it was discarded and we will never patronize them again. They have definitely gone downhill and it doesn't take long to see there are several complaints similar to mine. You're better off going to Costco or Sam's Club for a decent cake and it would be cheaper too!“

“My husband and I had these donuts as our “cake”for our wedding almost a year ago. Since our one year anniversary is tomorrow, we celebrated this morning with donuts and was reminded why we choose this place. They’re soft, the frosting is perfect and they’re delicious. No donut compares to these!

Only advice I can give is to get there early. We got there just after 9 on a Saturday and they appeared like they were already running a bit low!

As well as sweets, they have a lovely menu for a quick and healthy lunch while on the go or for a quaint sit and bite. Our family loves going here and is always welcomed by the great staff and wonderful owners. They did our wedding cake (the tiramisu) and several birthdays over the years!“

“I work downtown and go here at least once a week. I order the same thing when I go, 16oz Fr Vanilla Latte with half and half. Depending who was working the counter I would get charged differently each time. $5.66 one day or $6.77 the next. I asked one day and was told I was being charged for the half and half. Ok fine, BUT today I go there and order the same drink and they wanted to charge me $7.00 for a 16oz??? Starbucks and Dunkin charge $4.49 for the same drink and size. I go to CXT to support local. But today was probably my last day. The gentleman today fixed me up and I was charged $5.00. I think you Managers better circle back because no one will pay $7.00 for a 16oz iced latte.“
