Order said it would be ready at 10:45, pulled up at 10:50. I sat there till 11:20, which is not uncommon as this location usually has a wait time of 30+ minutes. I reached out I was told they couldn’t take stall orders. I’m not a Karen, I work in food, but to not have any sort of signage or warning that they aren’t running food out?? Would be nice is employees would read orders correctly. Tired of ordering a triple burger and getting a double. Doesnt help when its a doordash order as well
