“This place was recommended to us while visiting STL. The DJ kept the crowd moving, it was packed with good vibing people. The bar staff were overwhelmed, they need an extra person or two but the pour was good and we had a great time.”

“It’s a semi nice lil spot but could use some HEAVY renovations. The crowd is older so I’m all for that the drinks are on point. However, on my last visit I was at the bar & I accidentally spilled my drink, while trying to pay, and the bartender informed she could remake it but there would be a $10 surcharge (mind you there is no signage of any kind around the bar stating this 🙄)to do so and that was on top of what the first drink cost plus the rest of my order. All I could do was laugh because I’d never heard of something so made up in my life, and for context I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and I hold two degrees in culinary and hospitality management as well. So I guess common curiosity & customer service isn’t in the bartender employee handbook. I allowed her to remake it of course and paid the EXACT amount she asked as she stood there waiting for what could have been a tip I walked away. Please teach your bartenders proper customer service techniques and that common courtesy goes a long way.”

“Super Philly was Super Awesomely Delicious, served FAST(!), and HOT(!). Pricey, but oh so good. Thank you Philly Wagon. Purchased at Schubert's Smokehouse parking lot in Millstadt where the Philly Wagon sets up on the 2nd Friday of the month.”

“This place has been on my radar since I moved to the mid west from the west coast and the burgers are really good, fresh nothing fancy just a solid hood burger. They make their own patties the fixings were fresh and crisp. No complaints but ask for extra seasoning on the fries.”

“Clean clean clean! I haven’t had anything that wasn’t DELICIOUS. Food is fresh, perfectly seasoned, flavorful, portions are large and AUTHENTIC. Staff is friendly and helpful. The owner is a true delight. I’ve found my new favorite restaurant. “Great atmosphere for a player to be able to relax and have a great time. The ladies to men ratio 3;1 the kitchen is open for appetizers while the music keeps you grooving with a fine mix of R&B Hip hop and Blues. The drinks are always happy hour prices. The whole decor and construction of the ultra-bar is a upscale scenario where as the price is not heavy on that wallet. Perfect balance the owner has pulled off. I highly recommend it. Im on my way back to take photos.”

“When it comes to Sandy's Barbecue, they will and have been my number 1, Bobbiecue go to. My family will come in town and that's exactly where they want their cue from.. We grew up with the owners and family and they loved the People of East St. Louis and Surrounding areas who also Supported them as well.. People come as far as Chicago, Kansas, Memphis, to get a Good Crispy Snoot from Sandy's. My favorite is their Snoots, and their Polish.. The only thing that I wish that they would do, is to use uber or door dash for delivery Service...Sandy's We Always Support You Forever...Mmmmmmm, Good! Grade, A+”
