“Hello All,We have been driving by this Billie’s Pastries for years. Each time I would say I am going to stop in and try the doughnuts. Well today was that day. I must say they did not disappoint. The doughnuts were delicious. Full of flavor, fresh and simply delicious. I highly recommend you give them a try. “You have to get in sooooo fast to get any bread, and as a non morning person, this rarely happens for me, but their bread is so delicious if you can score a loaf! I also love their salad. I've tried to get their sandwiches but they're always out of everything I want to order so I haven't had a chance to try it yet. It is very very loud and busy in there, so I usually do takeout if I order anything.“

Everytime I travel I come here, however my last visit I tried to order one more time before leaving. My flight was earlier than expected I attempted to cancel well before my meal was even made and I was charged the full amount. I tried to contact through email and Instagram and no response. Maybe this was just a one off in terms of customer service. I still love the place but was disappointed after a month no one contacted me back nor gave a refund.“

“This was the best cheesecake I have had in over 6 years. The flavors were balanced. I got an peach cobbler cheesecake. It was overly sweet, it was rich with a nice balance of spices. That is hard to do with flavored cheesecakes. Usually the added flavor is too dominant or the cheesecake is sort of sour. They have a loyal customer here. Great job.“

“While I can say that it's vastly superior to the other truck stops that I have encountered in Missouri and offers far more services amenities and hospitality to professional drivers and regular automobile driver's alike, it is still a truck stop with inflated prices and all of the strange brands the normal motorists do not encounter in day-to-day life.The showers here were clean serviceable and enjoyable. There is a television room and a small area for people to eat. There is also a small casino area. There is a small criminal element at this particular establishment. But that is to be expected and compared to some of the other elements I've encountered while in Missouri it is welcome in it's sparity.All together I can say that this truck stop is where you would want to go were you transiting from Missouri to Illinois on a normal commute.An excellent establishment.“

Sometimes I’ve gone at 6:45-7am to find out they are already out.
