“It’s a semi nice lil spot but could use some HEAVY renovations. The crowd is older so I’m all for that the drinks are on point. However, on my last visit I was at the bar & I accidentally spilled my drink, while trying to pay, and the bartender informed she could remake it but there would be a $10 surcharge (mind you there is no signage of any kind around the bar stating this 🙄)to do so and that was on top of what the first drink cost plus the rest of my order. All I could do was laugh because I’d never heard of something so made up in my life, and for context I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and I hold two degrees in culinary and hospitality management as well. So I guess common curiosity & customer service isn’t in the bartender employee handbook. I allowed her to remake it of course and paid the EXACT amount she asked as she stood there waiting for what could have been a tip I walked away. Please teach your bartenders proper customer service techniques and that common courtesy goes a long way.“

“My family and I went to 9 miles to watch Minecraft. Highly recommend Big Kahuna (best seller on menu)at Kanoa’s Hawaiian Grill. It’s well worth the money. Our 19 year old special needs son is a very picky eater, sensory issues. Shockingly he tried the Shoyu and Bque Chicken and liked it too. Can’t wait to have it again“

“Took my teenaged daughter here on a Saturday evening (8ish). Very very surprised by this little place tucked inside Belleville. Friendly laid back atmosphere. There was karaoke, some video games and good food. My daughter said that the wings were good. They were certainly good sized.

The cheeseburger, however, was one of the best I’ve eaten outside my house in the past 5-6 years. I make some pretty fierce cheeseburgers on the grill at home, so I’m never blown away by restaurant burger as they usually mess up one aspect of it. Geo’s nailed the cheeseburger.

Oh…and bill for a dozen wings, 1 burger, fries, hush puppies and two drinks was $40!

“Phenomenal Experience! The staff was very tentative and supportive when it came to my pregnant wife’s needs. The smoked meat will leave you quite satisfied. Highly recommend! The owner is highly respectful, very experienced in the hospitality service industry. Go order yourself a signature cocktail and variety of smoked meat entrees and take in the atmosphere. “We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“Our large group (about 35) met at Linny’s for lunch gathering. It was the perfect venue for our group with great room setup. The food was delicious with great presentation. Our servers were absolutely amazing! With multiple orders, they fulfilled our requests while smiling the whole time. Linny’s is definitely a “let’s go there again” spot!“

“Been years since I been inside this place for food, then when I seen it back open I went inside to order and what was a walk up window in front was gone and an entire bar magically appeared when I opened the door, didn't look anything like it used to look. I seen vinyl records on the he wall behind the DJ area that was by 1 of the front windows the other front window area looked like a small section for a dance floor. The Bar was in the Rear and yes the still serve the food. It was early afternoon if it was even past noon when I discovered the new renovated "Arkansas Fried Chicken" I can't wait to visit it at night. Ow & check it out.“
