“Quick stop after Peoria Airport! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is good solid bar food. The tenderloin was tasty and HUGE. Beer was nice and cold!!! We will return to try other menu items when in the area as everything looked good.“

“I ordered the duck's burger with coleslaw. the coleslaw was The Best coleslaw that I have had at any restaurant ever. the burger was delicious and messy, so it was perfect. the bartender who also my server, Danielle, was attentive, personable, and friendly. an excellent experience. they are also a big supporter of Peoria City soccer, so we will definitely be back.“

“Bartender was absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a great place you can hang your hat, this is the place to go! Best “bar food” in town! This is petty, but, they claim to have wireless charging. Rarely works. An update of the technology, if available would be great. Overall, if I am going to spend money at a pub, it is here every time! Thank you!“

“Ron is a pricing king! His prices are absolutely out of this world cheap. His granddaughters that cook you the food are absolutely just like a ?. If you did not know they have pool ping pong in the future, paid Illinois State video games and also other video games. Also included is some of the most competitive 20-something pool you can experience anywhere on earth. (Just ask they'll tell you how great they are!?.)PS more to come.PSS I was so impressed with Ron that I gave a helmet to the store.“

“My friends and I spent the morning geocaching in Jubilee SP. and were starving by the time we trekked 10+mi. We aren't from the area, and after a quick Google search, we made the out-of-the-way 5mi ride over. We were not disappointed. We had the coldest beer that we could remember with some fried pickle chips to start. I had the pork tenderloin that now 2 weeks later, I can still taste how good it was. Onion rings went perfectly with it. My geocaching buds each had burgers, and they both said they were delicious. This is exactly the small town bar experience we wanted, and it was more than we bargained for. We'll be back“

“I want to thank the florist department for their kindness and thoughtfulness. Last weekend I was shopping with my kids and my son began to have a meltdown. The florist department brought him over a balloon and saved the day! This week when we were grocery shopping they noticed my son looking at the flowers and offered him one flower to take with him and he was thrilled! Awesome individuals with kind hearts. “Although I have never been to this establishment I have met the owner in Prospect Ky on Veterans Day this year. I was picking up some groceries for my family at a local Kroger and was checking out and in front of me was a young man who was finishing up his order and saw that I was a retired military veteran from the hat I was wearing. He wish me a happy Veterans Day and thanked me for my service and in kind I thanked him for the recognition. He then spoke to cashier and hung around while I thought nothing of this until I went to pay and he said I got this for you! I was floored by this act of kindness but I said to him not necessary and that I would get the bill and he said absolutely not. At that I stood down and said thank you very much… Semper fi brother and am praying that you have a great holiday and that God truly blessed you and your family ! Be well, Gunner H Retiredusmc“

“Went to Dizzy Deans for dinner last night with friends and wanted to say how good it was! The bartender/waiter was so attentive and our food was delicious! Hope more people realize what a nice option this is in our small town for a good place to eat. The new owners are doing a great job! We will definitely go back!“

“Karrie (Pekin) is a great waitress. We were there today 9/11/24, she had two big tables and our group came in with 12, plus other smaller tables. She wasn’t even phased - she works the patio - waits tables, makes the drinks, salads and soups and hustles her butt. She is always very nice and never complains about separate checks. Thanks Karrie we appreciate you!“
