I've been going to this location for a few months. I have Celiacs and always ask the staff to swap gloves. Today when I went it, I asked them to swap gloves and they immediately all went over their procedures of swapping out serving spoons, wiping down surfaces, washing hands, and changing gloves. I don't know why there's all the terrible reviews for this place, I'm assuming it's people who ordered online. We just ate inside and the place was reasonably clean, the staff was reasonably friendly and the food was very good. I will say that the burrito wasn't hot, it wasn't ice cold but it definitely wasn't hot, certainly edible. The chips were slightly stale but that's not in deal breaker for us. The bathroom was also reasonably clean.
