Couple of times been in here. I always order "VENTI" but always giving me a grande ... the music is so LOUD!!! It's like they are banging the store and making concerts inside!!! One time I heard a guy supervisor obnoxiously told his new girl hired, girl: " I am going now... supervisor: "Okay, get the hell out of here!" so rude!!! Starbucks management should monitor this branch.
Ordered a customized venti pink drink & ended up getting a venti cup of ice. The cup was filled with 3/4 of ice & when asking about this issue, I was responded back with "next time ask for light ice." This is unacceptable as it should be common sense not to fill up the cups with too much ice. I did not just pay $8 for frozen water. This needs to change. Please do better Starbucks.

Broken cups given. Each and every time I go in there. Today march 17th @ 1:30pm vanilla bean with caramel given in a broke cup. When I asked for another one they just put a cup under it. Not worth the time or the money.
