I love this place! It's a little far from me now, but I ate there with friends a couple times in the past, and since covid I've ordered carry out a few times. I miss the friendly staff but I'm so glad I can still eat the delicious food! Next going to try the Pad-See-Ew. Will be back again and again! I highly recommend
First time ordering at Toom Toom and I always judge a restaurant on their fried rice and can I say it is the best fried rice in Elgin! Tom Kha soup was good just what I needed on this cold night. Next trip going to try the Pad-See-Ew. Will be back again and again! I highly recommend this place; very nice

Love this place! Someone suggested to check it out and we are glad we did. We showed up close to closing time and they were more than happy to sit us. So A+ on service. I personally ordered the spicy fried rice and it was just amazing. Will definitely be craving for more. Reasonably priced and good quantity. good job
