“some of the employees attitudes are very unprofessional. When asking questions about canceling the order, the managers don’t know how to cancel orders, they will only tell you- you have to cancel the order. Wish employees were more knowledgeable about request.
I added a star because the manager acknowledged they missed my ticket (spent 25 mins waiting)“
