huge shout out to Gio at the Elk Grove Village, Illinois location. you were such an amazing person to run into. the kids truly enjoyed your trivia, and loved their little prizes. you are truly a gem to this establishment.
the location in elk grove village ,Illinois is just horrible decided to give them another chance and they forgot my chicken ceaser salad and the beef tasted like it was marinated in plastic, what happened to portillos?? so disappointed.
sold out years ago and food isnt the same. bland italian beef and you can get pretty much everything else they sell anywhere since it's not hard to tell it comes off a truck that delivers to 100 other spots . $8 for a hot dog and extra for add ons? seriously anyone reading this can do the same at the worst spot or better if they just ask around.
