Looking back at our wedding photos, it is truly impossible to tell the difference between the inspiration photo sent and the cake delivered to our venue. It was GORGEOUS! In addition, the flavor was out of this world. They even sent a custom box to package our top tier for easy transportation after the reception. “Worked with them for our wedding cake. I am gluten free but not many of my guest were, they suggested doing a GF topper and regular cake for the bottom two layers. They also suggested making the two types of cakes different so that the servers would have a visual distinction between GF and regular. I really appreciated them being able to accommodate my diet and also offer advice for my event. Of course the cake was beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious, our guests raved about it all night.“

I got some bread for día de los Muertos ? and the turtle concha ? was so cute my kid didn't want to eat. The place is clean and very nice decorated. Street parking. “As a busy working, traveling mom, I was trying to plan my precious daughter’s sixth birthday party when I was out of town and was in a bind because I didn’t order a cake I envisioned in advance. The bakery called me back promptly as I was sitting at the airport in Boston, I sent over a picture of the unicorn cake I envisioned, and they had it ready along with 2 dozen cupcakes that day! Also ordered their butter cookies and the broffee and it was all a huge hit with our guests. Thanks again for coming to the rescue. My daughter and her friends absolutely fell in love with the magical unicorn cake.“

“Alliance Bakery is the best! We got our wedding, rehearsal dinner, and bridal shower cakes from them, and we received so many compliments on the taste! They also looked so great. The planning process was smooth as well, and I think their prices were pretty affordable compared to other bakeries in Chicago.
