At Dollop Coffee & The Hoosier Mama Pie Company, the food and staff are great. The potato, rosemary, and goat cheese quiche is creamy and good, while the spinach, mushroom, and Gruyere quiche is even better. The lavender scone is incredible, with a slightly sweet, almost aromatic taste. The latte art and flavor are impressive, along with the savory pies, like the Tomatillo. The banana cream pie is simply amazing. The honey cinnamon latte is originally a hot beverage, but they made it iced. The bacon quiche and bacon egg and cheese biscuit are great home made, real food. The coffee is amazing. The staff is happy and friendly, adding to the ambience. They offer excellent food and service in a welcoming seating area. The outside area is a great place to have a nice conversation. The staff is super friendly and prices are reasonable. They literally saved Thanksgiving with amazing people, amazing staff, and amazing food.
