This was how our pizza was delivered tonight…after years of ordering thin crust pizza in two different states! Never ever has my pizza EVER been delivered like this! What’s up?!!!!!! I’m starving! Over two hours later and no food.
25 minutes and still on hold... unacceptable.
My delivery was a mess. Pizza looks like it was thrown all over. I ordered a cheese pizza, unfortunately chicken was added to the pizza. Now the kids won’t eat it even after telling them we could remove the chicken. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. I hung up and called back then my call was disconnected. I called a third time and asked to speak with a manager and needless to say no one ever came to the phone.
