Siam Spleandour never ceases to amaze me with respect to its ambiance and cuisine. Having been fortunate to visit in the 70’s, this neighborhood Treasures is frequented by cognoscenti who appreciate the beauty and gracious abundance of all things Thai. Very good Thai restaurant with a few authentic Thai dishes that you might not otherwise find at other Thai restaurants.Their noodle dishes like Pad See Ew has a wok hei flavor. In Asian cooking, "wok hei" means breath of the wok, which essentially refers to the smoky, charred flavor that you get from stir frying in a wok over very high heat.
