The art of being perfect is practically impossible the reason I say practically is this place. They take a crab Rangoon a salty food and someway somehow makes it sweet but also makes it work. And the service is great they constantly check in with you seeing if you’re ok and they even threw away some of my trash without me asking. the fact that this place is not only good in service but also taste and the amazing Japanese atmosphere while also having reasonable prices shocks...read full review
OMG this place is the best, the crab ragoon was amazing and the ramen was exceptional! Every staff member was very kind and even let others eat outside food! They have a variety of options and very good Boba and popcorn chicken. 5 stars definetly reccomend
As a ramen lover, this was honestly one of the best ramen I’ve ever had—and definitely one of the most generous portions! You can tell the chef is very generous. The server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming.
The squid in the ramen was served whole, which I think may be part of the tradition, but next time I’ll ask for it to be cut.
100% recommend this place. Definitely worth trying! This is officially one of my new favorite ramen spots. Thank...read full review

Pho Ever Ramen & Bubble Tea House is a hidden gem in Evanston. The restaurant offers a variety of options, making it easy to visit regularly without feeling restricted. The crab Rangoon is a standout, described as salty yet somehow sweet, and it works. The ramen is exceptional, with generous portions that show the chef is very generous. The Pho Ga (chicken soup) with added noodles and the beef brisket pho are must-tries, along with the tasty and light vegetable potstickers. The Miso Ramen and Tonkotsu Do are also delicious. The service is great, with staff who are kind, attentive, friendly, and welcoming, constantly checking in and even throwing away trash without being asked. They are accommodating and even let others eat outside food. The Japanese atmosphere is amazing, and the prices are reasonable. This place is worth trying and is officially a new favorite ramen spot.
