A table for two with only one appetizer and one entree would be a giveaway that something is missing, but he never noticed. Despite enjoying what were on the table, the meal ended early.“

“I had the garlic miso ramen; my partner had the tori paitan ramen. Both were tasty with nice, firm noodles. I found both broths just a touch heavy, and the meat was fine, but not exceptional. We shared spicy wontons as an appetizer, which were wonderful. Would go again.“

“I decided to check out this local ramen restaurant which is right next to Thorndale train station. I ordered the Tonkotsu spicy ramen and I must say it was delicious.

The only critique is that I only got 2 pieces of meat, and the bowl did not have much veggies in it like your average ramen spot. However, it was pretty good and I’ll definitely visit again.“

“Tofu bun, fried rice and edamame hummus were great, in fact first time I had tried such a hummus and it's highly recomendable! I would have given the food a better rating if it wasn't for the spice level in the ramen. I ordered the tan-tan san, which indicated it has a kick of spice in it. When asking about the spice level, I was told that they would makse sure that it wasn't as spicy by not adding any kimchi or oil. As soon as I tried it, this was not the case as it was way too spicy to eat.“

“Best Sushi Restaurant on the planet. Not only was all the food superior than any other Sushi restaurant I've been to. My family and I had a feast.(I mean all the food was good). Very reasonable prices as well. The most astonishing fact about this restaurant was the host (Quam) his amazing knowledge of food and customer service was unlike any other. The Ice cream desert was mind blowing. You don't have to take my word for it, but I guarantee you, you won't find another Sushi restaurant in the city of Chicago as good this one. The ambiance of this establishment is very warm and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for family gatherings, and with people you want to share a special food feast with. The environment is fun, the food is fresh, affordable, and gives you an opportunity to try many different rolls without spending a ton. The sushi belt includes different colored plates which determine the price, and each have 4-5 pieces on it ranging from $3.30 to $7.30 plates. Additionally there’s All You Can Eat & many menu options. Their fried rice is to die for & amazing deals on pick-up & delivery options. They have a punch card program, as well, which lets you spin the wheel for your fate at a prize, big or small, depending on your loyalty & spin. Can’t imagine leaving here unhappy. It’s always amazing.“

“I dined at Neko Sushi and tried their tuna and avocado fried rolls, and they are the reason I’ve already been back three times in the past two weeks since finding this neighborhood gem. My fiancé ordered the shrimp in a blanket and they were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. I had the ramen both times and it was absolutely delicious. My fiancé tried the pad thai with shrimp on one visit and the basil shrimp fried rice on another, and both dishes were full of flavor and so satisfying. Neko Sushi has quickly become one of our favorites. Everything we’ve tried has been consistently fresh and tasty. Oh and they are BYOB!“

What a TREAT! these folks have somehow managed to incorporate happiness as an ingredient in their food, so when you eat it, All the happiness particles travel through your body for 24 to 48 hours and you feel extremely satisfied and fulfilled. you might miss the ramen afterwards, and you might end up having dreams about it like I do but trust me, they're pleasant dreams.“

Octopus and salmon Sashimi were the dessert orders from our kids 😂 We will definetly be returning, and highly recommend. “Been coming to Yatai frequently for about two years now, and every time it meets or exceeds my expectations. Service is quick and the workers are kind and check in on you frequently to make sure you have everything you need. Prices are fair especially for the portions (rice bowls, fried rice, noodle dishes, etc). My personal favorites from the menu are the crab rangoons and the crunchy sweet potato tempura rolls! BYOB and they’ll provide glasses if you need them! Absolutely love this place, cannot recommend it enough.“

“What a cute little place! And it's not little at all, there's actually so much seating! We tried a variety of items, food and drink and the only thing that is NOT worth getting EVER from this place is their chicken wings. They do not know how to make them and they shouldn't be making them! All the other stuff is fabulous because that's their niche! Love watching how they prepare the seaweed burritos and bowls. Drink are a mystery because they bring them out from the back kitchen, which is where they have the machine that seals the tops. Food is awesome and you should try it for sure!“
