“Ordered carry-out from the Vernon Hills location and loved it! Fantastic quality ramen, flavorful broth and still hot after getting it home. Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.“

“Double Chicken Cutlet curry with White rice (For me) and Beef Curry with White rice and scrambled egg on top (for my wife). The food was light and filling not in the lethargic way but just enough to make your stomach warm and happy. The thing that got me was the display of the actual plates of food incased in epoxy lets you see what your food will look like before you order it. Kudos to Hokkaido.“

“Sunshine in a bowl! Had the Jimmy Creation Bowl with white rice, no substitutions. This place doesn't skimp on toppings and fish like other poke places. While you're there get a Lychee Fruit tea with jelly. If you're wondering if winter is a good time for poke bowls, it sure is! If you want something warm, the Tonkotsu Ramen is delicious and comforting. Very reasonably priced and super nice staff too.“

I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and my partner ordered the general tso chicken (and we both got some tempura shrimp). The server was so kind and polite and our food was AMAZING. “The widest selection of Sushi grade seafood Ive seen on a menu in a Long time- all very fresh and very generously portioned! Octopus and salmon Sashimi were the dessert orders from our kids 😂 We will definetly be returning, and highly recommend.
