Paragon is a cute and cozy neighborhood spot with fast, friendly, and lovely service. It offers very affordable prices and fair portions. The restaurant serves a variety of Asian food, including Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, with an enormous menu. The food is very fresh and tasty. Specific meals mentioned include the lunch special, which was Thai spicy and yummy, and sushi, which is great, along with pad thai noodles. Other dishes like Papaya salad (Som Tum) are outstanding, piled high and super fresh, and MooShu pork is flavorful with generous protein. The curry dish with Thai eggplant, peanuts, potato, and tofu is very tasty with generous portions. The big bang margaritas and liche martinis are strong and delicious. The staff are really nice, and the service is efficient and first-rate. Paragon is a true Evanston gem, great for lunch before the beach, and a fantastic place for a variety of Asian food.
