“Growing up in the Chicago area, especially on the south side, you EXPECT local pizza joints to be good. Lots of places that don't primarily sell pizza still have better pizza that you get in other parts of the country.

Though it's been around for a long time, as have I, I'd never tried Rosangela's prior to this time, and I'm here to say that I am a believer.

I tried introducing a colleague of mine to chicago pizza at a couple other places, and they did not impress him... Rosangela's did.

Just a medium special and a drink, but I will tell you that it's some of the best tavern style things crust pizza you'll ever have.

It's as good as your favorite place, and likely better.

“This place has two atmospheres.

One part of it is fine dining with white table cloths.

The second part is a bar with high tops and booths. This is where we sat. There are TV’s everywhere. Even each booth has its own TV. Abbey Murphy’s dad, the waiter told us, is a frequent customer here. That was exciting for my six year old hockey player son and his hockey player friend. There was a banner for everyone to sign right before she won the gold Olympic medal. Of course my son and his friend couldn’t resist (Connor & Patrick). They’re both St. Jude Knights currently just as Abbey Murphy used to be.“

“My husband Jack and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary tonight, and on a last minute whim he chose Bella Mia. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal, and I had to write this review immediately. The moment we walked in, we were greeted not only by the host and hostess, but also by several staff members and even guests at the bar. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. Pure class. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and perfectly accented with soft candlelight, making the evening feel special and intimate. We sat at the bar and were welcomed by Gina, the bartender, who was extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home. The food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The owner, Randy, came by to greet us and his personality was truly infectious. He had us laughing nonstop and made our night even more memorable. We also had the pleasure of sitting next to Marcy and Dick, regulars who have been coming since day one. Even though this was our very first visit, we felt like part of the Bella Mia family. From the staff to the clientele, the love and pride behind this place are undeniable. Bella Mia is truly one of a kind and deserves all the recognition it receives. “I ordered a breaded steak sandwich. It was excellent. Just tell them easy on the red sauce. Overall the steak was darn good. Next time I'm gonna order the jumbo steak sandwich. The restaurant was spotless and the associates were very friendly. Try the fries. Top shelf“

“We were there Saturday for the Roman experience! Not bad there we’re 4 of us. We were celebrating a birthday! Spend $400.00 and you would think they would acknowledge the birthday! No not at all ! No acknowledgment all!!! But I have to say they did say happy birthday!! When we leaving!! What would it cost the restaurant to send a piece of cake over! “Popped in with my daughter after plans at a different restaurant fell apart. Most fortuitous.

Best Italian beef I've had in a long time. Maybe ever. No lie. The frickin gravy/dip on the side is elite.

My daughter had the BBQ pork sandwich, which she let me try, and *that* was one of the best BBQ pork sandwiches I've ever had, too.

“oh my goodness I found this pizza by chance at my local Meijer. Hands down best frozen pizza or any take and bake. The sausage was delightful and the Cheese was The Cheesiest ever it actually did the cheese stretch. Great Job it doesn't deserve the Bottom shelf“

“If ever there was a place which resonates the Billy Joel song “Scenes from an Italian restaurant “ This place is IT! Visited for the first time on 2/14/26. The aroma as we entered was so inviting. Met the owners/ daughter and mom. So very sweet and funny too. Our server was Candy. She was working very hard on a busy Valentine’s Day. I had the lasagna and I can honestly say it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had in my life! The ricotta filling was so whipped and light. It was just delightful and so delicious. The bomba ice cream was scrumptious! Cannot wait to return to this gem of a restaurant!! 🇮🇹“

“Had A great experience today at Olive Garden! Dafne Was an amazing waitress. She was constantly checking to make sure I had everything I needed. The host as well made sure to inform me of who will be taking care of me today and letting me know they would be with me shortly. The service and communication was great. I don't come here often so it was good to have a good experience.“

They were friendly and fast and even put my order in a to go container per my request in case I had to leave quickly or couldn't eat it all. I had a 16oz Moody Tongue Here's to Harry IPA, perfectly chilled and delicious 😋. I also had the Blue Cheese Holy Cow Chips. They were good, but too much Blue Cheese for my taste. I only ate about half and then had to board. I took the rest with me, but didn't end up eating them. Jorge provided great customer service. Reasonably priced. Food is authentic Italian no photography allowed. Portions are copious amounts and tender delicious was the chicken parmesan.
Gelato is an amazing piece of art just to look at. Smooth as silk creamy. I had some pistachio and lemon cello.
Even the customers are kind and courteous. I'm not in that area very often at all. But if I were, I'd go back in there!“

“The food is good but what I love the most is I was in the driveway waiting for my food and my car died on me so it was very embarrassing and I had cars behind me and I couldn’t move because my car wouldn’t turn on three of the staff members came out to help push me into the street!! “Their pizza is delicious. My family loves pizza. We have tried many is the surrounding area and nothing compares to Guardi's. It has become a staple for take out in my house. Their service is great (I have never arrived and had to wait for my order) and the employees have always been extremely friendly and sufficient. It's worth giving them a try.“

One small but important piece of feedback: the bathrooms don’t have paper towels and have pull doors, so for those hygiene conscious of us, there’s no method to avoid touching the door handle. I would suggest either paper towels, a push door or one of those foot things to pull the door.“

“So me and my daughter and grandchildren were supposed to go to longhorn steakhouse but the wait time to get a table was over an hour long. It was on a Saturday night and everything was pretty much crowded and wait time rediculous. So we usually go to the Barracos in evergreen Park but we were in the Orland neighborhood so decided to get dinner out there. I am so glad we went to Barracos our here it was so nice the food was delicious the drinks were amazing and the waitress was outstanding she made sure that our glasses were filled with soda if a refill was needed and came back to see if we needed anything else. Also the food was so delicious my son in law wanted us to bring him back a pizza so we got carry out food to take home. I will definitely be coming back to this location again service was excellent ❤️“
