“This place is such a hidden gem! Catered from them for Xmas eve and had my birthday dinner there a week before. Actually also had my rehearsal dinner there almost 10 years ago lol! Can't say enough good things.. they let me put in a last minute order for Christmas Eve so I didn't have to cook a ton of pasta, and gave me extra vodka sauce!!! Love Louisa's will be back again and again :)“

“I have been a long time customer since they opened years and years ago. I like that fact that even after all these years the only thing thats changed is the price of the pizza. Its still reasonable for a gigantic slice and it hits with some nostalgia everytime..I will say the pizza is not the best in Chicago but for 8 or so bucks its definitely a hey not bad. “In 2017, I picked up my older brother at Midway to come home to the funeral of our youngest brother that committed suicide at 23 yers old. We swung over to Vito and Nick's to get a pizza and talk. It was our first time there. We ended up telling the waitress the situation because we had both been crying. Next thing we know, the kitchen had par-baked like 8 large pizzas of all types, and gave us a hand-written note giving us condolences and instructions on how to finish baking the pizzas. They said they wanted to make sure my family was well-fed in our time of tragedy ❤ And the pizza is INCREDIBLE ❤ SPECIAL, SPECIAL PLACE“

“I come from an Italian family so love the food, but put Gatto’s up there as one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to!!! I had the chicken Milano and my partner had the carbonara and both were fabulous!! Great job on the meal, our waiter was amazing, he remembered all our drinks which were also delicious, and the whole night was a great one! Wish we didn’t live so far away or we would partake in your restaurant weekly!!!“

“Had delay on flight so my mom wanted to stop somewhere for food. This was the first place that we noticed was rated above 2. 😂 The food was solid! I had the Holy Cow Burger w/ fries and mom had the Sweet & Spicy wings. We enjoyed both.

Food cost was fair. ($20) As far as cocktails, I had the Mr. Tea and mom had the Paloma. Both were good. Cocktails were $23, but it is what it is.

Service was great. Food was brought out quick as well. I recommend this spot.“

Met the owners/ daughter and mom. So very sweet and funny too. Our server was Candy. She was working very hard on a busy Valentine’s Day. I had the lasagna and I can honestly say it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had in my life! The ricotta filling was so whipped and light. It was just delightful and so delicious. The bomba ice cream was scrumptious! Cannot wait to return to this gem of a restaurant!! 🇮🇹“

“Their pizza is delicious. My family loves pizza. We have tried many is the surrounding area and nothing compares to Guardi's. It has become a staple for take out in my house. Their service is great (I have never arrived and had to wait for my order) and the employees have always been extremely friendly and sufficient. It's worth giving them a try.“

It's still an amazing pizza and the (owner?) who I've interacted with a couple times recently has been incredibly inviting when you enter his business, super friendly. “The staff weren't that nice, the food didn't live up the the Barraco's name, but it wasn't a terrible experience. If the staff didn't hand us smudged glasses and forks with food stains, had been more like waiters who entertain guests rather than serve food, and a pizza that seemed not to be baked well and had a grainy crust, it would be five star dinning I experience. I had no real problem here, but it hadn't lived up the name.“

“The Pizza at Paermo's is super delicious, you will love it, its a classic, it even smell perfect. The restaurant is classic Chicago Italian joint, very retro inside. Feels like a place you went as a kid, I love it. There is a very large menu, the food is all pretty good, but its hard for me not to get the pizza. Service is really good, they are friendly and attentive. Price point is reasonable. I highly recommend the pizza!“
