It couldn't have been any better than the need for them to update their drive thru. I think the whole building should be a little bigger on a bigger lot so they can update the drive thru to be duo. Every Dairy Queen that still has the singular drive thru ALWAYS has a ridiculously long line. Especially in warm weather, and when they have events going on in town during the warmer weather seasons. Hungry after a doctor's visit, looking for a bite before the long drive home, Fairbury isn't much for fast food...Either Subway or Dairy Queen. Subway isn't a fave so Dairy Queen it was. Just a cheeseburger with the works, nothing special but it had been a while. Had forgotten their hamburgers have the aroma and flavor of being grilled and although the rest of the ingredients were almost afterthought, the sandwich was hot and tasty.
