I have always had a wonderful experience with this dairy queen. I can't believe the reviews I'm seeing on here. I live in Mount Vernon where our dairy queen is horrible. Not only the service but the food as well, you get soup for milkshakes and everything you order is messy and nasty. Fairfield Dairy Queen has really good service and the most delicious treats. I've never had any of the girls there speak to me in anyway that wasn't sweet and professional. Keep up the good work!!!

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with large drink. Menu said $6.47 and add drink to any basket for $1.40. I end up I paying $8.19 for basket and 49 cents for my drink. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. It’s 2023, y’all need to fix your menu pricing. That’s misleading and misguiding.
