staff is rude and always out of things
Our Baskin Robbins is the WORST in history of the entire franchise. What business puts a written paper sign on the door saying their lobby is closed due to staffing issues??? I could see this happening once in a great while, but NOT EVERYTIME we go on the weekends (also on a few occasions during the week). Then you go thru their drive thru and their staff is just useless.
