“I ordered the avocado BLT and it was amazing!! I love a good BLT and this instantly became a favorite! my daughter got the chicken tenders and couldn't even eat them all! they are decent size portions! I got the dragon fruit popping Boba and she got the pineapple.. seriously amazing! my favorite part, though, is the customer service. the woman was very sweet, genuinely kind!“

“My mom and I came here doing the southern IL tour, and it was my first time. Place is very cute, love the outdoor seating, and my latte was perfect, the customer service however was not good. the girl at the front counter had a nasty attitude and i did not like the way she treated us. shame as this would’ve gotten 5 stars had it not been for her.“

“Amazing food and the staff is so friendly. A quiet, wonderful spot. They have a unique mufalatta that is so delicious. Their teas are so delicious. I'm not a coffee drinker, but they have a wide selection as well.“

“On 1/17/24, I was introduced to this location by a close friend of mine that always spoke highly about the tasty, and delicious that you provide!!! Your prices are reasonable!! The facility was clean, and interesting to the eye!! My food was beautifully cooked!! I'm disabled, and did not have to wait long to be seated, and served. The entire staff on this day was friendly, and professional!!! Causing me to want to come in the future!!! I will also tell my family, and friends about my wonderful experience. On this day there were several employees that really went over, and beyond to keep me happy, on this day!!! These employees were: SHAKENA, ANTHONY, MAHOGANY, AND TIKA. This Matteson, IL location will ALWAYS BE PRASED FOR THERE WONDERFUL, WELCOMING, AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! THANK-YOU!!!!***“

“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

“I love a good bagel. Theirs are pretty good. I wish there were actually more bagel options around but this is good.
They really need to renovate their building though. Carpet is really bad. Bench seating is mostly all cracked and peeling.“

“I love bread company and I normally come to do my studying for school because of the quiet environment and great bagels and tea. Today a complete stranger came up to me and gave me a giftcard. She noticed I was a student and told me she knows how hard it can get, and to not forget to eat. I was so shocked and thanked her quickly. However I want to give another huge thank you to her. That definitely made my day. It’s nice to know there are still such kind people out there. Thank you again 😊😊“
