“Went through this morning for a free medium iced coffee and some hash browns. My coupon was not wanting to go through, either because of my phone or their system, either way, the cashier was so friendly and patient and made sure the iced coffee came off manually after getting help. I don't go to dunkin often and really never come to Canton but first impressions are everything and I love the will to help me get that taken care of rather than making me pay. Thanks ladies!“

“I visit often, because of convenience of the app and it linked to Apple Pay. But I will say they have an about a 75% success rate on making sure we have the correct amount of food, the right drinks, and the customized stuff right. It’s mostly teenagers running things, and they have always been respectful. But I feel like there needs to be a bit more direction for them. I rarely eat in anymore bc the dine in area is full of disrespectful kids/teens that are loud and cuss and throw stuff on the floor. It’s happened more than once if I’ve ever went inside.“
