“Came back from the Roastery like 10 minutes ago, and was confused because I thought it was a local café. But all of the staff there, the front desk, and everyone was super nice, super helpful, showed me where the cafe was made me feel welcome and not d*** for being in the wrong place and even got a sample of their house brew. Probably one of the best black cup of black coffee I’ve had in weeks. Thanks so much! Can’t wait to try the café.“

“Freshly roasted coffee beans- the roaster is visible in the back of the spacious serving area- with the roasting date printed on the box! I have previously purchased and enjoyed their 8oz offering and came back for the 5lb sack. Stop by to buy beans and to enjoy this spanking new, modern venue in one of Chicago's a post industrial settings. Cheers!

“This is the best cappuccino I’ve ever had. Whenever I get coffee elsewhere, I always compare it to Metric, and nothing comes close. The live production process is mesmerizing, with massive machines mixing and sorting the coffee right before your eyes. The only downside: no restroom.“

“First off I've been meaning to try this place and was finally able to stop by and so glad I did! I got myself an iced lavender matcha latte with almond milk and a Cherry Danish while my mom had a simple iced latte. Everything was so delicious and the batista behind the counter was so friendly! “Cute excellent coffee shop in Hinsdale. It’s in the alleyway but when I think of a morning panini or coffee i think La Fortuna rather than Starbucks. Definitely try this place out. Workers are friendly and you won’t regret spending your money here!“
