“We have been going here for a while. The other breakfast places around here are nothing compared to whistle stop. The food is always fresh, hot, friendly professional staff and every guest is treated the same which makes us feel comfortable and wecome. I have not had one bad dish everything is great. Their fries are really good too. Keep up the good work. My kids love you guys!

“I just went there to have a meeting with a coworker and absolutely loved the service and the atmosphere. The empanada was still frozen when they served it to me but the server was so kind and gentle and immediately gave me another one that was well cooked and didn’t charge me for the wait and inconvenience. I call that consideration and good business practice! Will be back again!!“

“This little sweet cafe is primarily a boba spot. But Yhana also serves coffee drinks (w homemade syrups), smoothies, energy drinks .. and a small sampling of foods : smoothie bowls, conchas, and a few breakfast & snack items. I prefer to make my smoothies / juices / hot beverages, and even meals at home - with love, and organic (as able, .. and seasonal, etc). BUT, a Gal does love to get out and support a LOCAL, Latina, BIPOC, business once in awhile ( .. and far less so the big corporations and chains). SO - THIS! PLUS, Anahy (the Proprietor, who's first name and biz are inverted - cute and clever, right?) - is a beautiful, sweet, and good Mujer .. and I'm rooting for her (& Familia)! GO! Drink, nosh, .. and buy some stuff - featuring a few Mexican & Salvadorian items (her familial lineage). PS It's extra cute in here, around Christmas / winter Holidays .. with the lights and music. 🌲✨️🎄“

You step inside and immediately feel like you just crossed into a place that actually gets community. Not the fake, corporate buzzword version, but the real thing, built drip by drip, song by song, cup by damn cup.
The coffee hits with purpose. Smooth, strong, balanced, and brewed by people who clearly give a damn about the craft. None of that burnt-tire bitterness you get at the chain spots. This stuff is alive. Whether you grab a classic pour-over, a latte that could convert the non-believers, or one of their signature drinks, everything tastes intentional and dialed in.
The tea selection? Massive. Fragrant, clean, and curated like someone actually thought about what humans enjoy. You smell the leaves before they brew them and suddenly you are already halfway in love.

“We LOVE Little Bean! We are treated so well! Every week, our table is promptly reserved for our Bookclub. Our orders are delivered with a smile! Everything and I do mean everything is tasty and delicious! Little Bean has become a staple in our community. “My Friends from church took me to Kim & Patty's for my birthday and although I've been their many times it was like a four-star experience. I just had 2 eggs over easy and they were truly farm fresh jumbo eggs. I am a Chef of 40 years and have never had a better restaurant experience any time than Kim & Patty's of McHenry.“

“Wow, just WOW. Words cannot begin to describe just how pleased I am with my dining experience. Friendly staff, great food, and amazing atmosphere are just some of the things that contributed to my unforgettable experience. Not only was there little to no wait time, the workers were very patient and kind towards me while I was ordering my food. After receiving my food, the least I can say is that I was simply blown away. The portion sizes are immaculate and the flavors are unlike anything I’ve had before. I will definitely be returning here for my future meals and I can’t recommend it to others enough.“

“I love going to Betty's in Antioch! It's a very welcoming & warm experience. I have made a habit of going on a Friday or Saturday evening, Jackie the host is what keeps me going back, she is a big draw for this establishment, she goes above and beyond for the guest and seems to greet most by name, many have told me they go there to visit with Jackie and play some slots. So nice to have a great adult entertainment close to home.“

The staff have always welcomed me to the establishment an have always asked me if I wanted something to drink and or something to munch on at no cost to me no matter how much I ate or drank. That being said I’m sure there’s drinks or eats at a cost. No persons or employee has ever watched what I did or how much money I spent. I know it’s called gambling for a reason.
