“My wife and I stopped in at the Lake Zurich location this past Saturday, 1/11. We definitely loved the beer and the establishment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also had a great wood fire pizza food truck. I highly recommend Phase 3. We will definitely stop back in..“

“EXCELLENT food! Don’t think you can go wrong ordering any of the dishes. Staff are very friendly and pay attention. I got bulgogi fries and chicken katsu k-bowl. Both phenomenal but the bulgogi fries are great value! Highly recommend.
Environment is also nice, you can tell they spent some $$$ on certain chairs, lighting, fixtures so the place looked nice.“

The wait staff was very friendly.

“This place is one of our favorite places in the area. Everyone who works there is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, fun, they clearly love the work they do. “Jackie and the team are fantastic! Everything here is house made! We had multiple sauces, meats, cornbread, chips and salsa, Mac n cheese and curry - all of which were enjoyed! I came here with multiple family members and clearly need to get back to sample dessert. They have good kids’ meal options plus a little gift area. Very clean and extremely nice service. Must try it all!“

“I stopped in here looking for a good burger with my son, wanting to catch up over a nice meal, and Zin Gastropub absolutely delivered.
We had an amazing time from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the burgers were excellent, and the kids' meals were a hit. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. Everyone in the restaurant was exceptionally kind, checking on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed.
Our waitress, Giedre, was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make our dinner special. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and top-tier hospitality in Lake Zurich. We will definitely be back!“

“Came in Saturday night and was the only customer, not one hello nothing. All 4 employees didn’t acknowledge me. I asked if my order was done and no response. Finally one lady said my name just put the box on the counter and walked away. Sorry my 6 pack order was an inconvenience. Don’t think I’ll ever come back. You lost a monthly customer.
Edit, the owner called me directly and had some kind words and reassurance it’s not how they run things. I will definitely come back for another try.“
