“Took my Wife Mother of our children to Alianos for Dinner at Alianos in East Dundee . Great experience Great food very friendly people, we tried something Different as our Entree, Alianos Italian restaurant always comes through with a Delicious Italian dish prepared by Chef G. All Mothers that had Dinner there on Mother's Day where given a Carnation. That was a nice extra the Carnation flower. I can't wait to return for another special Dinner with friends.“

“Took The Wife here for a late lunch. It was busy-ish, but we got a table fairly quickly. I got a Cheeseburger that took a very long time to make, and The Wife got a soup and half a sandwich. Nice place for the most part, but the seats and tables were sticky and dirty. Prices were more than average. A bit on the high side. Not sure if we'll come back.“

“No wake is great. The servers and bartenders are really friendly. The prices at this bar are always reasonable. I always enjoy the food when I visit. Atmosphere is fun too. This bar is popular but gets more crowded in the summer months. Located on the Fox River it's always fun to stop while boating. They also have gas for refueling boats. There are also a lot machines and there is outdoor seating in the summer months. I would highly recommend visiting no wake.“

“My husband's birthday was great, thanks to La Pizza Via! With Ben's help, I surprised him on a Tuesday after work with an intimate dinner gathering with a few close friends in their dining area. It was the perfect setting for a quick surprise celebration. Ben took care of absolutely everything, from the ambiance to the food. All I had to do was send out invitations and get my husband there! The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. We can't recommend La Pizza Via enough – it's a wonderful spot for a special occasion.“

I drove over an hour an half away for açaí bowls in libertyville. I happened to stumble across this place which is now only a 40 min drive. “Went to meet up with a friend from high school and as I sat down, I was graciously met by our server, Bella. As I waited for him to show up, she checked on me every so often to see if I needed anything and, after he showed up and we placed our order, she continued to check on us, even as the place was filled up on the upper patio. Food was very good, very nice atmosphere and our server, Bella, was the best server I’ve had at any restaurant I’ve been to. She was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’m hoping the next time I go there, that Bella is working, she’s the best“

“I have come to this candy shop for the last 10 years. That should speak for itself. If it doesn't, I'll say more:I absolutely love chocolate malts. Any place I go that has them, I always order one. SweetSpot makes the most INCREDIBLE malt I have ever had anywhere, and not once in 10 years has it been less than amazing! I took a friend a few months ago, telling them that the malts are the best and she was skeptical. Had one sip and said it was "50/10."However, if you aren't into malts, there are many other things to love. They have the widest variety of candies I have ever seen at one shop, plus some types of candy that I haven't seen anywhere else in 15 years, not to mention soda in actual glass bottles! Good luck finding those in your local grocery store! It seems impossible to find a real *candy* store anymore, as opposed to a store with a candy section.If you're in the area, SweetSpot is a must-visit. I'm moving several hours away tomorrow, but you can be sure that any time I come back to visit, I'll be stopping here for a malt!“

“I have been here twice. 1st time I had the burger and it was very good. This time I had the cheesy beef with a side of giardiniera, au jus for dipping, marinara and a small fry. The beef is definitely home made and probably on of the most tender beefs I've ever had, great flavor, just awesome! The Giardiniera is home made and has the perfect amount of heat, marinara sauce is very good too. The fries are fresh cut and also very good. Don't let the look on the outside fool you. It's not your average fast food place. It's way above that. I will be back to try other menu items.“

“Ever since we went to Nashville, we’ve been looking for a good hot chicken place around here. We decided to give this place a try, no regrets whatsoever. The employee behind the counter was friendly and offered us a sample of the supa hot because we thought we were tough enough to take it on, we were not. We went with the medium and hot. The food was reasonably priced, tasted amazing, and the their 24K sauce tasted so good with literally everything. And we have leftovers for tomorrow! More than satisfied.“

This place gives the Vienna hotdog a serious run around the park with the different flavors, ingredients, and the way their dishes are served to make their food items unique. I was getting off of work one day last week and wanted a hotdog, but I didn't know where I wanted to go. I Googled the word dawd (because I thought it was different lol), and The Dawg Park in the Arboretum appeared just 3 doors down east of Xsport Fitness. The staff was nice and polite. The environment was clean and inviting. Tony, the manager, introduced himself and gave me a history of the establishment. I asked what he would suggest because everything on the menu looked mouth watering. I had the Muddy Fries ? and Ninja Dawg . Not only was it great tasting, but it was very appealing to the eye. Presentation and flavor are everything to me. This place is very kid friendly with a children's menu, children movies playing, video arcade games, and a giant connect four. We had cheese curds to start which were good then Optimus brave burger, this was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time, the pretzel bun was fresh l, homemade and you can tell. He explained that the downstairs bar was the original architecture of the establishment with the main floor buffet being the old upper floor home of the previous owners.This establishment is family owned and has been around since the '70sRecent renovation has brought a castle aesthetic from outside.Everything is updated (modernized checkout, tap pay, etc) but it has kept it's classic feel.All ingredients are made in house, to include sauces, seasonings, pizzas, and a diverse menu that can be modified to your liking.Aside from the menu you can eat at the buffet style eatery on the main floor.The main floor encompasses a family-friendly area with arcade games.The absolute ONLY downside to this place is the parking lot.While being rustic and brick layed, it does not bode well for vehicles without adequate clearance from various potholes.So Don't bring your lowered Honda Civic.“
