“Came here with a few friends and family to play darts. It was 930 pm and we were told we were being too loud- literally cheering that my mom got a bullseye. Because it was apparently their dinner hour… one table was eating. The bartender started swearing at us and the other was so concerned we cheered yet let a dad pay her off to allow a teenager in days ago. Handed us the bill and then called the cops on us. Mind you the cops laughed hearing how they were. Would not recommend a thing. Terrible atmosphere and incompetent rude staff.“

“Hi. I would like to say thank you to Jacki at the Crystal lake location. She was so kind and showed empathy when I was there on Thursday 8/1/2024. It’s been a difficult week and my mom had passed away that morning. That was my first meal in about a week. She was so kind to pay for our meals. Thank you so much. I would like for that owner to know this and we will be returning back soon! 10/23/2024- we had Maya as our server today. She is also another wonderful asset to your team! Thank you for the Bingo night!“

“Had a great dining experience! Our server, Kelsey, was great. Our first time going to a restaurant with our little one. He has egg and peanut allergies and Kelsey went above and beyond to ensure the food we ordered didn’t have these allergens. The staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious. I ordered the corned beef. Fries were good and they have a nice selection of beer. Thank you Kelsey for making our first time eating out a great experience!“

“I've been coming here for awhile, and have always loved the food. The difference is lately (last couple months or so)I've noticed a change in the presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant, the morale of the staff, and just the entire energy of this place has changed. Disney bingo is a great example. That place was insanely busy yet everyone was happy, service was great, and the guests didn't suffer because of the volume of business. Then the other day I met the new manager! It all started to make sense. I can't remember her name but she was so cute and professional. Her charisma is contagious and I just feel like you guys are doing a great job and moving in a great direction. Happy holidays to you all and thanks for the amazing food from our family.“

Add in the fun bar activities like Karaoke and of course bowling and you have a great evening out. Bar Down and Popular Creek Bowl provides an exceptional and memorable night out. It's a place where you can enjoy top-notch bowling, belt out your favorite tunes during karaoke, and indulge in gourmet-quality food and drinks. “Celebrated with family and couldn't believe the SPECTACULAR birthday treat! While most restaurants are cutting back, this Rosati's in Hoffman Estates TREATED us with a huge dessert! Enough for all to enjoy! And their daily specials are the best. Our server Kaitlyn was so thoughtful and made us feel so welcome. Don't miss out on this hidden gem of a restaurant!“

$3.50 for a can of pop, no more free refills.
Rewards program totally sucks. In September, I tried to load 3 receipts. They showed already loaded. My account did not show the receipts loaded.
So who loaded them?
Tried to log in to review my account, and it is completely jacked up. Cannot even log in or reset my password.
I was told today that servers ask you for your number? Since when. Asked my friends and they said never were they asked for a phone number, but they dont use the rewards program.“

“Benjamin Parada and I ate dinner at Wings Etc. tonight! We pulled up to the building and called the number listed clearly on the signs, with an employee's assistance our "take out" order was placed! Ben and I talked in the car just as we would have when we were inside the restaurant. However, sitting in the car and wearing a mask felt so much safer than being in the restaurant! Our food was out to our car very quickly. Wonderful delicious and amazing are words to describe the good wings! Date nights look so different with Covid but this was a super safe and fun date night!“

The vibes were buzzing, the mood just right.
The staff was friendly, quick with a smile,
They made our visit feel so worthwhile.
The place itself? A total delight —
Cool décor, great music, and laughs all night.

We both agreed it was just “okay.”
One funny twist we didn’t foresee:

“My brother and I ordered cheese curds, nachos, and some ice cream. I’m not a huge fan of bars or pubs, especially on a game night, but the atmosphere and food at Rookie’s is definitely on a whole new level! We were here to watch the Bears vs 49ers match, and found the staff to be very welcoming and patient, in spite of the place filled to the brim. This was only my second time and the last time I was here was back in August. Yet, Megan still remembered us. All I can say is that she’s kind, hilarious, and warmhearted, making our experience at Rookie’s even more memorable! More restaurants truly do need hospitality like hers.“

“Rosati’s Pizza never disappoints. The slices are always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust has the perfect crisp, and the sauce has just the right amount of tang. The people here are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome every time you walk in. Service is quick. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a good slice. Highly recommend!“

“Nightclub is a lot of fun. Rating because they have truly great security. The last time I was there alone, there were a few drunk guys that approached me and security kept their eyes on them/me. When they noticed I was uncomfortable, they approached me and asked if I was together with one guy and I said no. They kept an eye on him the rest of the night and made sure I was fine. Great drinks and nice bar staff.“

“went here this morning for a couple of drinks with my friend and the bartender Susan was so nice, fun to talk to, and made our experience. definitely will be back for her. the crowd at the bar was also very chill & respectful, so it wasn’t obnoxious or too loud inside and gave us a chance to relax and catch up. they just have basic food options like mozz sticks or burgers, but the food was yummy, drinks were cold, and it’s always just nice to be served by anybody who’s so down to earth and personable. 🤗“
