“Very good meal and extremely attentive service. We had the 2 for $32 Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It had a good flavor and the chicken was very tender. The carafe of Tito's strawberry lemonade was tasty and was a good value. I enjoyed the tomato basil soup as well.“

“I have no complaints regarding the food. We order from this location almost every week and have never had an issue. Today, when I walked in, the restaurant was extremely busy due to the Wild Card game, and the atmosphere was understandably tense. The kitchen staff appeared focused and working hard to get orders out.
During this time, a woman who came from the back to assist with phone orders and customer service did not appear to be wearing a name badge, and it was unclear whether she was an owner or an employee. Regardless of her role, the way she conducted herself was very unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable for customers.
There was an apparent mistake involving an order that had been handed out incorrectly. One of the assistant managers, who was clearly working hard in the kitchen, was confronted and loudly blamed for the error. He calmly stated that both parties should have verified the order, yet she continued yelling and placed all the blame on him. This exchange took place in front of staff and customers, which was inappropriate and unacceptable.
If a mistake occurs, it should be addressed privately and respectfully. Yelling at an employee in front of others serves no purpose and shows a lack of professionalism and basic human decency.
To Tomas, the assistant manager: we are all human, and mistakes can happen, especially in high-pressure situations. No one deserves to be treated the way you were. You were clearly working hard, and I commend you for standing your ground. I hope this behavior is reported and addressed appropriately.
This incident made me very uncomfortable, and I truly hope steps are taken to ensure staff are treated with respect moving forward.“

I don’t say this lightly, but Midway has one of the best smash burgers around. Perfectly crispy on the edges, juicy in the middle, and consistently great every time I’ve been there.
They’ve got a ton of beers on draft, there’s always a game on the TVs, and the atmosphere just feels like the neighborhood sports bar you actually want to hang out in.
One of the coolest things about the place is that the owner, Amir, is almost always there. He’s constantly walking around saying hi to guests, checking in on people, and making sure everyone is having a good time. That kind of hands-on ownership makes a huge difference, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the experience.
If you’re looking for a great burger, cold beer, and a place to watch the game, Midway is definitely worth checking out. It’s one of those spots that’s easy to keep coming back to.“

“Celebrated with family and couldn't believe the SPECTACULAR birthday treat! While most restaurants are cutting back, this Rosati's in Hoffman Estates TREATED us with a huge dessert! “Had an amazing birthday party in the upstairs room. We had the taco buffet and it was delicious! Service was excellent and everything looked beautiful. They let us come in early to decorate and we were able to play our own music. I would recommend highly for a special occasion!“

“The pot roast sandwich was incredible - juicy, tender, delicious. It tasted to me like the meat was smoked before it was braised? I’ve never had pot roast this good before.
The place was about half empty while we were there and was quiet enough for comfortable conversation. There’s sports memorabilia all around, so a good Chicago vibe.
Our server seemed to have a lot of tables, or maybe she lost track of time doing closing work, because it took a very long time to get the check.“

“While traveling to Chicago, I had an opportunity to visit Rookies Sports Bar & Grill. The service was very good and my waiter was very helpful with picking out some great dishes for us to try. From the fish to the ribs and salad. I have no complaints as everything was good. Cooked to perfection and the overall cost was reasonable. I look forward to another visit.“

“We order here Every SINGLE Thursday for BOGO day! We always get amazing service, the food is always HOT & FRESH. They greet us with a smile and have Always fixed anything that was missed! As we are all Human and make mistakes!
I couldn't be happier to have a Bdubs to Go in the area! Makes Thursday work days so much better!

“Great chicken fingers!!! But if someone in charge could please fix the menu on DoorDash for the mozzarella sticks? It says it comes with marinara sauce, but then makes you select from a list of sauces and marinara is not a choice. So one time I just picked a different sauce and got that sauce and not the marinara and the other time I picked no sauce and didn’t get anything. So if marinara sauce could be added to the sauce selection so there’s no confusion that would be wonderful.“

“Rosati’s Pizza never disappoints. The slices are always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust has the perfect crisp, and the sauce has just the right amount of tang. “When me and my brother came in to have dinner we were greeted and sat down right away, our server Stephanie was super helpful to my brother and was the best, always made sure we were good and was on top of things, definitely would recommend coming to this location. It’s been a difficult week and my mom had passed away that morning. That was my first meal in about a week. She was so kind to pay for our meals. Thank you so much.
