I’ve ate off there menu many many times and was always impressed with the small exquisite touches to their different sauces and different cooking methods and today I ate their ribs for the first time which are featured on Saturdays as the Saturday special slow cooked ribs that are accompanied with either a soup or salad a choice of fries which are potato wedges or tater tots and the ribs are offered with their amazing barbecue sauce or their Jack Daniels sauce today I had their barbecue sauce and let me tell you hints of honey and molasses with touches of brown sugar. That’ll make you think that you’re in a place that deserves an award-winning slow cooked rib off of some type of competition absolutely amazing completely 100% recommend the one and only Offsides sports bar and grill if you’re looking for a place to feel at home and a place to taste some of the of the most wonderfully influenced options on a menu. “Benjamin Parada and I ate dinner at Wings Etc. tonight! We pulled up to the building and called the number listed clearly on the signs, with an employee's assistance our "take out" order was placed! Ben and I talked in the car just as we would have when we were inside the restaurant. However, sitting in the car and wearing a mask felt so much safer than being in the restaurant! Our food was out to our car very quickly. Wonderful delicious and amazing are words to describe the good wings! Date nights look so different with Covid but this was a super safe and fun date night!“

“Very good meal and extremely attentive service. We had the 2 for $32 Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It had a good flavor and the chicken was very tender. The carafe of Tito's strawberry lemonade was tasty and was a good value. I enjoyed the tomato basil soup as well.“

“I have no complaints regarding the food. We order from this location almost every week and have never had an issue. Today, when I walked in, the restaurant was extremely busy due to the Wild Card game, and the atmosphere was understandably tense. The kitchen staff appeared focused and working hard to get orders out.

During this time, a woman who came from the back to assist with phone orders and customer service did not appear to be wearing a name badge, and it was unclear whether she was an owner or an employee. Regardless of her role, the way she conducted herself was very unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable for customers.

There was an apparent mistake involving an order that had been handed out incorrectly. One of the assistant managers, who was clearly working hard in the kitchen, was confronted and loudly blamed for the error. He calmly stated that both parties should have verified the order, yet she continued yelling and placed all the blame on him. This exchange took place in front of staff and customers, which was inappropriate and unacceptable.

If a mistake occurs, it should be addressed privately and respectfully. Yelling at an employee in front of others serves no purpose and shows a lack of professionalism and basic human decency.

To Tomas, the assistant manager: we are all human, and mistakes can happen, especially in high-pressure situations. No one deserves to be treated the way you were. You were clearly working hard, and I commend you for standing your ground. I hope this behavior is reported and addressed appropriately.

This incident made me very uncomfortable, and I truly hope steps are taken to ensure staff are treated with respect moving forward.“
