“My previous review was accidentally deleted by me, but let me just say that this is by far the best bar around the Chicagoland area. Firstly, let me start by raving about Colleen, the GOAT of bartenders! She is an absolute sweetheart! From the first day she made me feel at home! If you are new, she goes up to you, introduces herself and hands you a napkin. She has the most awesome and proper etiquette for the hospitality industry. Colleen is an absolute godsend! I do not know a single person who badmouths her. She also makes the best margaritas and rums/cokes! She remembers your name as wel and starts calling you by your name on the second day. The other bartenders are amazing as well. On Tuesdays and Thursdays when I go in, Lisa remembers my drink and food order. She is also a gem as well! As far as the food goes, the chicken bacon ranch wrap is one of the best I have ever eaten. The Cheddar Cheese burger is amazing as well. Seriously this place is a great find. As far as the reviews calling this place racist are concerned, to each their own: I have never had any issues and I am disabled and asian that is like a double negative. It is the most inclusive place around town!“

“The best place this side of the Mississippi…if only I drank alcohol or gambled. They are cool enough to just serve me water & let me watch all the sports I want…place is unreal for all ages. Darts, no pool table yet but hopefully soon !! ;)“

“Came here with a few friends and family to play darts. It was 930 pm and we were told we were being too loud- literally cheering that my mom got a bullseye. Because it was apparently their dinner hour… one table was eating. The bartender started swearing at us and the other was so concerned we cheered yet let a dad pay her off to allow a teenager in days ago. Handed us the bill and then called the cops on us. Mind you the cops laughed hearing how they were. Would not recommend a thing. Terrible atmosphere and incompetent rude staff.“

“Such a hidden gem! Absolutely love this place. Dawn is amazing! I came to this location on several week days and she is always so friendly, kind, attentive, makes excellent drinks, and is so warm and inviting she just makes you want to come back. I can't say enough good things about her! I also had the pleasure of meeting Kristen and Tony who were also wonderful! Shuffle's West is comfortable, relaxing, extremely clean, has a full bar, and is in a great location. Highly recommend!“

“I went bowling with one of my nephews who inadvertently left his credit card on the table. I wanted to bowl the following evening and when I showed up Renee recognized me and told me she had a surprise for me. She then went into the back room and came back with my nephew‘s credit card. I imagine it could be difficult to remember exactly who was Bowling on that lane last Yet she remembered and put the credit card on the side as she figured I’d be returning at some point during the week. I really appreciate her honesty and care for her customers!!! I highly recommend this bowling alley as all the people who work there are honest,work work very hard to keep things clean, Maintain the bowling lanes, prepare food, etc. I love coming to this bowling alley And Have recommended It to several other others over the past few years! “The service was great and the food was delicious. we were passing through for work and stopped in. Aubrey was awesome and the guy that seated us and brought us extra bread was great. The portions on pasta are huge!“

“The sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The manager Kathy helped us navigate the menu for food allergies, and was super helpful.

The smashy melt on sourdough with tater cakes was tasty. They were essentially mashed potatoes in tater tot form.

I had a chopped salad and they were happy to switch out the blue cheese for feta.

The only downside was that our Cubs were losing the game.

And they were featured on screens throughout the restaurant.

But we enjoyed that our booth had a personal sized TV screen right there for us to enjoy.“

“My boyfriend and I stopped by Cafe Mistiko this past weekend and wow, it was a pleasant surprise. We both got the lavender latte and it was perfectly balanced, not too sweet at all. The pastries looked amazing too, we ended up sharing a croissant that was flaky and buttery, definitely worth the price for how good it was. The whole vibe in there is super cozy, too.“

The burnt ends were super fatty. Our order of French fries came out not fully ready. The server took care of that right away.
