“We LOVE Happy Joe’s! Every time we visit our family in Clinton Iowa we have to come here. Their cheese bread was delicious! But if I would suggest anything on their menu, it would have to be their legendary taco pizza… 😆! This is a must order every time! Happy Joe’s has filled my childhood with so many fun memories, and I hope it continues to in the years to come! 🩷“

I had their 7 Headed Monster IPA and it was great. Balanced and nice body. Good flavor.
Cool place in the old church. Definitely made the experience memorable. Playing some early 80's hits.

“The only thing is that they have a drive up window "after hours" which I didn't know as I'm not from around here.. when I knocked on the window to try to pick up my order that I had placed on the phone.. the lady completely ignored me. It would have been nice if she had just made me aware that I needed to go to the window. Or even they could have mentioned that over the phone when I placed my order luckily I took the time to read the signs on the side of the building before leaving... But I was quite frustrated and tired after a long day at work..“

“Okay. So. Food? Amazing! Reasonably priced! We had never been here before so we got tacos and a pepperoni pizza. For the 4 of us to eat until full AND we got fountain drinks for less than $50 with tip!? We were very happy with the price and the flavor of everything. It appears that everything is made to order which was why everything was so hot when it was served. I would definitely come back!
One thing they could work on, is the window customer service…. I came back after we finished eating to say how much I loved the food and I felt like the young girl at the register was just annoyed with me. This interaction would not deter me from returning and also they were busy and she was young so maybe she was just overwhelmed with the dinner hour? (There was no one in line when I approached the window to compliment everything)“
