Hands done best steaks and seafood.

Made a reservation week prior to going to Galena, so looking forward to a good steak but disappointed in the end.
He had the Bone-In Ribeye, with very little bone and not buttery like we grill at home. Should not have taken the advice of the waiter to add the Greek spices as it changed the expected taste of the meat. I had the Salmon which was flavorful, asparagus tough. I did not expect condiments to be served in plastic cups or packs.
