“Seriously the BEST Birria quesadilla in town!! Everything else looks pretty delicious as well, but I can't help but get the same thing everytime 🙃 Friendly staff and clean facilities. Definitely recommend!”

“Great little place we visited on a whim from out of town to meet a friend.

We were seated politely in the back area with lots of patio umbrellas on a nice deck porch.

We had lunch, but it looks like they have live music and a really great atmosphere for the evenings for anyone looking for a great place to chill with friends and a very relaxed atmosphere outdoors.

The bacon popcorn was really great. I had a chicken sandwich that was pretty good (maybe the chicken was a tiny dry) and my husband really loved his Cuban sandwich.

I would definitely try this place again on a Sunday afternoon

“I won’t say I don’t recommend as we’ve been there a couple times before and had a great experience! Last night neither of us enjoyed what we ordered, our fault, we both went against what we were going to originally order….we ate it, it’s fine, you live and learn. Our waitress is what left a bad taste. It’s like she instantly had something in her head about us or we weren’t one of her regulars that she had to cater to as she was sitting, laughing and chatting with those around us. Not friendly, short answers and would set our drinks down after being told thank you and just walk away. The only time there was even a hint of friendliness is when it came time to pay.”

“The food and staff at 54th St in Glen Carbon are great but I REALLY HATE how after the remodel they can’t open the patio doors. What is the point of even saying you have a patio when it is all closed up.”

“This very quickly has become my new favorite place to eat here in town. I've tried their sando, the boneless wings, strips, and fries. Their chicken is absolutely delicious! The chicken is full of flavor, tender, and juicy! Hands down the best tasting chicken in town!”

“The guy was not attentive, did not check on us. We did not get stuff we asked for until we had told him at least 3 times. Had to make him stop and listen. We had 2 separate checks. Gave us the wrong bills. It was ridiculous”

“This place is amazing!! I lived in Virginia Beach for 10 years and I loved going to tropical smoothie. We moved back to Edwardsville, Illinois 2 years ago and I really missed this place. Then I was driving around the other day and I saw that this place was here and I am SOOOO excited!! I just tried it out today and it did not disappoint! Yay!”

“Pretty good place. Despite what people may say, I really like the place. The staff are very kind to me and my brother, we have sort of become regulars. All the employees are very friendly, and the food is good, (which is rare for me, I don’t like Hardee’s much as a restaurant chain). The floors are a bit sticky and a bug almost flew up my nose like five seconds ago, but other than the small flaws, it’s a very friendly place. Thanks for being so kind to us.”

“My brother is terminally ill. One of two things on his bucket list were to 1) go deep sea fishing - which can’t happen, and 2) try Gooey Buttercake Ice Cream. After running everywhere yesterday to try to find it, with no luck, as a last ditch effort I went in to Annie’s. They did not have it on the menu but Emily (the owner) was so considerate when she heard what was happening that she decided to attempt to make it on her own for me to pick up today. She told me everyone said it was delicious who tried it. Unfortunately, my brother will likely not be able to taste it as he is relatively unresponsive within a very short 24 hour period. The service, the support, them going above and beyond from what I could have ever dreamed of is absolutely beyond words. I’m sure Tom would have loved it. Thank you, Emily! There are still angels on this earth. And my daughter is absolutely addicted to your custard, and has been for four years!”

“Yesterday, January 14th 2022, I was a customer at the Scooters in Glen Carbon, IL. When I drove up to cash out I noticed that the young women who was waiting on me had her mandated face mask pulled down under both her nose and mouth. To observe this was bothersome to me. I was a customer at around 2:30 p.m.”

“There is mother snack bread in the area that compares to their style of pretzels. Perfect for any occasion or parties. I always get some to have around during the weekends.”
