Very nice ladies to work with and they really paid attention to all the details that I requested/photos sent for inspiration. I searched several different bakers and lost track of how many told me it couldn't be done or wanted hundreds of dollars for the design I wanted. Very easy to work with, availability was excellent, and they even called a week before pickup to confirm all the details. These ladies not only knocked it out of the park and their prices can't be beat! Highly recommend!“

(in hindsight, why was I going to dunkin' in the first place? They sell frozen and defrosted factory donuts) No donuts here but who cares? “I want to take a moment and say how grateful I am for the staff who worked at closing time on August 31st. I ordered birthday bundtlets on the 30th to be picked up on the 31st at 3:30pm. I was running late but on my way. I knew all was ok since they would be open till 6pm. I received a call at 4pm from a number I didn’t recognize so I didn’t answer since I was on the phone with my son. About 10 minutes later I looked at my phone to see the number again and it read NBC Edwardsville. It dawned on me Nothing Bunt Cakes and I thought why would they be calling me??” I then decided to look at the website and yep it was their number. I then saw the Sunday closing and OMG they closed at 4!! I looked at Sat closing time instead of Sundays!! Uuhhgg they were calling me concerned I hadn’t shown up to pick my order up. I went ahead and looked into store and there was an employee still there. She called out to another employee and they came to the door to see what I wanted not knowing who I was. They definitely didn’t have to open up to help me but I’m so very thankful they did. The bundtlets were for my daughter bday party. In a world where people only give negative reviews I wanted to give great one!!! Thank you to all three ladies for making our bday celebration a little sweeter with your yummy bundtlets!!
