“Goshen Coffee Roasters has been our favorite and go to coffee shop in the region for several years now. The ambiance is bright but maintains a balanced warmth. The service is friendly and never smarty (as some baristas can be). The drinks are perfect. I love their Rawandan and Ethiopian coffee blends and my focus is on light bright roasts. Their other drinks are amazing as well. They make their own syrups and I've never had a bad drink at Goshen in nearly 6 years. It's a great little place and worth every penny.“

I’ve observed it can be a challenge to maintain responsive and high quality service, within a clean environment given changing customer demands, their nuanced food preferences, unwillingness to cleanup after themselves, and customers just having a bad day, along with normal staffing and supply change challenges. That’s normal for the fast-paced, casual dining business But I’ve always observed the Panera team here consistently demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect for all, the customer and their staff, while still maintaining healthy boundaries for those rare difficult situations.
