“I see a few negative reviews of this place and I can tell you that whatever issues they had they have resolved. Ordered my food at roughly 11pm on Friday and got it sooner than expected with the food being very warm. Food was very very good and had a nice presentation to it. Most places its hit or miss when ordering late and close to their closing. But I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Delivery driver was awesome. This place deserves 5 stars.“

Both times she was so accommodating, especially with my 4 and 7 year old kids. From offering samples of drinks to working around food allergies without making me feel like a pariah, Pearl made both nights of our Peel experience worth coming back for! “I order from here often. Food is always excellent. Today I ordered their New Year’s Eve deal that was too good to pass up. They remade my pizza all because there was a flare-up with the crust and gave me both. Any other pizza restaurant would have gave me the first one, but this place strives to have the best customer service. I would recommend eating here if not for the food, then the customer service. You won’t be treated poorly!“

“Our pizzas turned out great. I really liked the provel cheese on my pizza and my wife really loves Imo's thin crispy crust. Our only issue was with the cinnImos. There was hardly any cinnamon or icing on them. It was like eating plain, small bread rolls.“

She was the most delightful, empathetic, and helpful representative I've ever experienced from any fast food establishment. We have always enjoyed pizza hut cuisine. “The chicken parmesan was kinda of good. I don't understand Italian cuisine in the USA. Tomato sauce with no spices and always the same taste, so I will say, it tasted like any chaine restaurant in the USA. Has for the service, well the waitress was nice, but more clients started to arrive, so she was nervous. We weren't finish and she already gave us the bill. I told her that we were not finished and that we wanted dessert. So, she came back for our desserts, but she didn't take our empty plates on the table. We add to push them in a corner to eat our desserts.“

“1-23-2025 @ 4:55 pm the employee with the tan beanie on actually read each line on the receipt and checked to make sure everything was there. I didn't have to ask her for the extra sauce cup that is stored separately from the hot food order!!
The only down side was the sauce cups seemed low. I would rather pay extra and have them filled at least 3/4 full. For now I'll just buy EXTRA EXTRA cups 😆“

“Place is like a time capsule stuck in the 80s, which is a good thing, been going here since I was a child and now it is my son's favorite pizza as well.. I drive out of my way to go here at least once a year, the atmosphere and pizza are the best.“

“Happened upon this friendly great restaurant in Troy, IL while traveling home from OK to OH. Oh my! What a gem. This was some of the best Italian food we have eaten. Brian got a half a pizza that was full of toppings and much too big to eat. I got the the spaghetti and meatballs. The red sauce was like the Italian mother's made and the meatball was the owner's grandmother's recipe. Holy Meatballs! It was delicious. We will definitely be back on pur way through when we travel. We talked to the owner for quite a while. So friendly, kind and appreciative of our patronage.“

“I've been wanting to come here for a while. I got the thick crust bbq chicken pizza. They were really nice and walked me through what to order being my first time. It's like a chipotle pizza so you do have to wait for the pizza to be cooked. But WELL WORTH IT!“

“These absolute giga-chads went out of their way to hand-deliver a single pizza to me, an overnight worker in Glen Carbon, all the way from Collinsville (Glen Carbon store is undergoing renovations currently).They did this in a timely manner, pizza still hot, prep and presentation impeccable, and all handled with the utmost grace.I failed to get the manager and delivery driver’s names, but you guys have my eternal gratitude. Hats off to you, boys .-sincerely,a very happy customer.“

“Good place to eat, order occasionally. It’s frustrating they refuse to deliver to Hartford yet the deliver to south roxana. Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. Especially when Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and I have to get out every time I want some. I don’t have a car at the moment to just get up and go.“

“The pizza was just as we ordered, but our problem is with the mango habanero wings. I ordered 32 wings. which cost $32, and there was almost no sauce on them. When I filed a report. they offered my a free medium pizza worth about 1/3 what I paid for the wings. What would have made me happy? Some mango habanero sauce for our wings. That would make me very happy.“
