“I see a lot of negative reviews about this location, but my children and I had such a wonderful experience recently that I had to share. I brought my children there for a special breakfast treat one morning and we were swiftly greeted and served by Beatriz. She was incredibly warm, kind, friendly, and patient as my little children, including a toddler, decided what they wanted to order. She interacted so sweetly with them, and even gave them extra treats. She made sure our orders were correct, double checking with the other person who made my coffee. She continued to show kindness and warmth for the rest of our visit and shared her enthusiasm about our return. I have to say this was the best interaction I have had at any DD ever, upstanding another favorite interaction at a DD (from a previous review of mine; I confess I have had many a DD visit in my life.) Beatriz is an absolute asset to your organization and I highly recommend and request that she be acknowledged for her professionalism and exceptional customer service, and be considered for leadership, promotion, and a raise as she deserves it. Beatriz, thank you for being the wonderful human being that you are. You are one of those unique individuals that has me reflecting on how this world would be a much better place if more people found joy in their jobs and in their interactions with others as you had in your encounter with me and my little family. ✨“
