I wish I asked for the name of the young lady working. She is genuinely such a lovely person to talk to she is always kind, she works hard from what I’ve seen and her drinks are always so good. I specifically get happy when I see her Because I know I’ll be taken care of well! I went 8/20 around 9:20 for reference. The right people deserve recognition and she’s made me switch over my Dunkin!
Nice job! My Grandkids LOVE the doughnuts... The breakfast sandwich was good too!
Thanks,
BK

Dunkin' is a popular destination for many, offering a friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Customers appreciate the warm service and enjoy studying or grabbing a coffee and donuts there. One unique suggestion is the "small with cream and a pair of balls" - adding munchkins to your coffee for a tasty treat. The manager, Shanu, is known for being especially friendly and efficient. It's a place where customers return for the good vibes and delicious treats, making it a go-to spot for coffee and donuts.
The location continues to invest in renovations, with a new screen that customers find nice. Many customers have had positive experiences, describing the atmosphere as warm and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff. The coffee is brewed perfectly, hot and fresh, and the donuts are absolutely delicious - soft, sweet, and just the right amount of glaze. The store is clean and organized, and customers appreciate the fast service.
However, one customer had a less than satisfactory experience, with their children's food being very cold and the coffee causing them digestive issues. This customer expressed that they will not be returning.
