I ordered two large birthday cakes for my twins third birthday, and we received a call that they didn’t have the blue ice cream anymore Saturday night which I said OK, how about cookies and cream. She said yes they could do that and she would start now, and it would be ready by Sunday the next day. Terrible service! Be warned! I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. They called to say could not do it. I had to go into the store to get a refund. When I went to get the refund they assured me they could do it. I said are you sure? Yes, we guarantee it.
