“It’s a nice place to eat. Unfortunately there was a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. They was very loud and obnoxious. Couldn’t really enjoy the atmosphere. Staff didn’t tell them to lower their voices. Maybe they need a special room away from the front so that other paying customers can enjoy their meals and conversations.“

“I have nothing but compliments for this wonderful establishment! My fiancé and I went out to dinner last night and had a taste for authentic Italian. I found this place online and read nothing but wonderful reviews about the food, and service. Located in downtown Westmont. Parking was so easy (right across the street), and from the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The manager Sergio greeted us with a huge smile, sat us, and told us a little about the restaurant. Our server Alysa was nothing short of amazing, knowledgeable, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We felt like family! All of the food is made in house, pastas, sauces, and even the wine and desserts! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and tell that every single person puts so much care into making sure every customer is happy. The whole experience was wonderful, and it’s so nice to see small (not chain restaurants) are thriving. It’s been a long time since we had an experience like this at a restaurant and we appreciate their hospitality! I think we found our new date night spot! We will be back!! OFTEN! “In Chicago/Addison for work and could only walk few blocks for meal. Serino’s walk in was closed but drive thru was open and was asked to come to drive thru window. I didn’t get the man’s name that took my order and I asked him to make me a hot sandwich….he suggested the Italian beef ….he did ask if I wanted to sit inside while they made sandwich but I just waited outside but appreciated his invite. The sandwich was delicious and the aujus he added to dip sandwich in was excellent. Serinos was my first meal in Chicago area….I highly recommend and look forward to enjoying another meal there soon.“

“This past weekend a group ( 14 ) of us experienced a wonderful evening at Pazzi Di Pizza in Elmhurst. It was a fun get-together that was enhanced by great appetizers and varied, delicious pizzas. We also were served by some of the best and most courteous staff we have ever experienced. Marco, the Manager, who attentively scheduled our evening, came over, introduced himself, inquired about our needs, and then introduced us to Charlie, our evening's server. Charlie was exceptional!! It was our second time meeting at this venue, and I highly recommend a visit!“

“Food and service fantastic. They were running behind with reservations but they comped us drinks an an appetizer...which is pretty unheard of these days. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“

We dined at Lucca several times thereafter. Each time we experienced the food and service to be impeccable! We then met Sonia, the Sales Manager, who was lovely to work with! We were assured that that our event would be terrific! Indeed, Karen and Shannon were amazing at anticipating our guests' needs. They seemed to know exactly what everyone needed at the exact time they needed it. Our guests were so impressed with the delicious homemade dishes and the attentive service! I can't speak highly enough of the entire experience at Lucca!“

“Roberto's has consistent quality of food & service. Our family continues to dine here over the years. Our party of 12 experienced a glitch in service as we were waiting to order dessert & get dessert and bus table from eating main entree. They apparently had a lot of customers and we were “forgotten “ for awhile. However after a prompt to management service came back & we were taken care of in a timely fashion.“

“Paisans is quickly becoming one of our favorite restaurants. The bbq chicken salad is my favorite salad in the area. It's hearty, large portion, and always consistent. If you're into chicken vesuvio you should get it here yum yum yum especially the potatoes. We also enjoy their thin cut pizza because it's still thick enough to hold the toppings but is never burnt on the bottom like other places. The meat is quality too when it comes to the toppings we enjoy the pepperoni and sausage. The only potential negative is the restaurant is always extremely noisy but it's a pizzeria and bar so can't really expect anything different and the food is worth it.“

“Had a birthday party with 18 people July 3, 2025 and it was an excellent experience. We were set up in a private room and our server was outstanding (I wish I had written down her name 🥲). She helped us order family style entrees in just the right variety and quantity. Food was delicious. No one had to wait for a drink - our server was always there to take an order.
