“We are from Washington state and just moved to Godfrey. I took my daughter there for lunch and it was fantastic. The large margarita is wonderful and everything we ordered was great so we got another order to take home!!!!“

“I come each time to see our dear friends of 42 years and always request to eat Imo's Pizza. It has a taste that I don't get having pizza in the Venice Florida area. It's so special to eat in or carry out. I really look forward to our visit just so we can eat their pizza. Of course it wouldn't be right if we didn't order the cinnamon bites either. They're family owned and really care about their patrons too. Give yourself a slice of heaven by eating at Imo's!!“

“I had a great meal. I got the pick 2 with pulled pork and brisket. Both were very tender and the brisket had a great bark. The beans and cheesy potatoes were also good. I didn’t think the prices were out of line at all. I would highly recommend.“

“Joe K is one of the bigger breakfast restaurant's in the Alton area. A lot of seating, usually busy but not overly crowded. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food is good with a few exceptional dishes like the breakfast pony. Breakfast pony is a biscuit with your choice of meat & egg, hash browns layered topped with sausage gravy. Delicious. Only gave a 4 star because the food came out cold.“

“I order from this place specifically despite having several Chinese restaurants that are closer. The fried rice is the best I've had. The orange, bourbon, and general tsos chicken are all really good. They also work with people to make specialized orders. For example I am allergic to wheat and can't eat the breaded chicken. They make mine without the breading so that I can order the things I really want. I highly recommend.“

“I don’t know what going on at the Pump house but things seem to be heading south. During the last several visits the service has not been good, especially if you’re not sitting at the bar. I’m sure they don’t have enough help like everywhere else. The steak I had this evening was luke warm at best. It looked like it had been setting on the counter at the grill for quite a while before it was brought out to our table. It’s probably time to start spending our money somewhere else.“

“my 4yr old grandson and I go there as often as we can. Great service and great food. Definitely beats McDonald's were he usually wants to go. He eats biscuits and gravy sausage links and fried potatoes there. when before we went there he wouldn't eat anything but McDonald's. so glad to have this place to go to. “Old Bakery Brewing absolutely delivered. It was super busy because of Eagle Fest, but the service was still fantastic—friendly, efficient, and on top of everything. The food was excellent, and the beer was, as always, great.

I had the birria grilled cheese and it was phenomenal—rich, flavorful, and easily one of the best things I’ve had there. Even with the crowds, the staff handled everything smoothly, which really says a lot.

This place continues to be one of my favorite spots in Alton. Great beer, great food, and great people. Highly recommend.“

“Chubby's grill and garage is a wonderful place to grab a big juicy burger, fries, and appetizers. Great food specials weekly, as well as drink specials. It is family friendly. The staff are all super friendly people. The owner is a stand up guy, and you can tell he really cares about his customers and he treats his employees with love and respect like any great owner would. I would HIGHLY reccomend this place to ANYONE looking to have some great food, drinks, and fun. The hours are 11am to 11pm, kitchen is 11am to 10pm. this place is an absolute gem 💎.“

“What a great experience. Our server was so great. And the food...... We started off with potstickers and they were spot on. The Caesar salad was very good (but it was a Caesar salad, so not too hard to get right). My tuna was cooked to perfection and had the most amazing seasoning. My wife was crazy about her Grilled Chicken Pasta. There was too much for her to eat, so we took it home and out son raved about how good it was. The warm gooey butter cake for dessert was sinful. We each had a couple adult drinks and they were excellent and pretty potent, definately not watered down. It was quiet and the lighting was, what I would call classy. Not bright, but not dark. We will 100% be coming back.“

“We were in the mood for Chinese, so we stopped in. Is it pinky out, fancy Chinese? Not even close. It's gotta have it, greasy Chinese. Please don't take that the wrong way. Sometimes you just need some old school Chinese, and they got that. The portions were huge, and the cost wasn't terrible. The highlight, for me, were the fried wontons. The beef and broccoli was flavorful, and the broccoli still had the crunch (no one likes soggy broccoli). The crab rangoon were the sweet style, not my favorite, but decent enough. Of course I'm going to go back.“

“We’ve been to this place many times. My only complaint is that they don’t seem to vary the menu. It would be nice if they had a “dish of the day” to add some variety.

Also, there’s only one choice of ice cream and no toppings.

“I was very pleased with my delivery order today. The steak and cheese sandwich was great. The salads were fresh. Best of all the uncrustable pizza was filling and plenty there, unlike other places that I have ordered from before. This was the best delivery order I have had in Florissant for quite some time. I will be ordering again.“
